A native of Boulder, I was raised in a house near 17th and Elder in North Boulder, where I saw my mother parlay the equity from our first home into multiple future houses and investments. That first house, which she bought for just under $15,000, was the seed to her eventual financial independence - and was my inspiration to take real estate as my profession.
My knowledge of the local market is superb as I have the history of being native born and have traveled and transacted throughout the communities and neighborhoods of Boulder County throughout my life and my career.
With a broad range of real estate experiences, including local and international resort development, I have helped clients buy and sell homes priced high and low, and consistently produce several million dollars in sales year-over-year. My clients are first-time buyers to experienced sellers, buying and selling primary homes, second and vacation homes, and investment properties. While a significant amount of my real estate business has been in the luxury market, I pride myself in providing valued real estate services to buyers and sellers in the Boulder/Denver area regardless of their price range or real estate focus.

Holding the credentials of Certified Negotiation Expert, I have helped my buyers win out over multiple competitive offers on their future homes; and have helped my sellers negotiate for the highest and best contracts in the sale of their homes.
Outside of real estate you will generally find me outdoors fly-fishing, skiing, bicycling (road, gravel & mountain), hiking, traveling, or plotting my next adventure.
